There was a rosewood G-40 and 45 but the 30 was the model heavily advertised and endorsed by artists such as Melanie and Theodore Bikel. The G30 model is said to be the flagship of the Goya line. The reglue was structurally sound but it didn’t lay perfectly flat, so you can feel a little ridge in that area. It appears that at some point, near the end piece, a small section of the back and back binding came unglued. The G30 features a German fine veined spruce top European flame maple back and sides rosewood bridge with mother of pearl top cap mahogany neck with rosewood/maple/rosewood stringer, reinforced with an aluminum T bar ebony fingerboard marquetry purfling around the soundhole and decorative inlay on the headpiece.
